When walking in our lovely town,
And doggy deposits you spot,
Please don’t blame every dog owner,
As we’re not all an irresponsible lot!
Of course there are the lazy few,
Who can’t be bothered to pick up,
That nasty pile of poo,
Produced by his errant pup!
For most of us are considerate,
And take the problem home,
But then you get the other sort,
Who leave their dog to roam.
So please don’t judge by the bad ones,
Or blame the dog – indeed….
Don’t curse or shout at the poor animal,
But the one at the other end of the lead!
