The perfect country pub. It's right out of the way but the views from the garden are magnificent. Quite the largest beer garden I've ever seen, it has a football pitch in it!!! The Palmers beer was very well kept, I had the 200 which was drawn straight from the barrel, they also had some local scrumpy too. The landlord was welcoming and the food was delicious, my wife claims that she hasd the best steak of her life in here. Also the cocolate bread and butter pudding was to die for. - A satisfed customer. |
