On Sep 16th West Bay was visited by Counter Currents (Part of the Inside Out Festival which culminates with 'Enclosure' this weekend 23/9) an international theatre group Street dancing, acrobatics and general mayhem at the bay.

Some bloke was on the end of the pier where he had made himself a little island scenario And was carrying right on. only the front 20 people could see anything though. kids had no chance.

Walking up through the crowds towards Alfs amusment arcade we started to spot weird haircutted characters.  Then we found on stage hairdressers creating hair sculptures and sending the people out to amuse the crowd. The audience watched entranced and there were oohs and aahs and shouts of “bravo”  and “get a proper job" as they snipped and shaped through showers and low flying  air sea rescue helicopters.

...shame about the  rain though.
