In fact he will cook 2 meals out of 4 for the French in the English high commission in France. Rabbit pie (stargazey pie) for the main coarse and fruit jelly with ice-cream for the pudding. Well done Mark. it goes to show that us Bridders folk are just as good or better than those outsiders that arrive in Bridport and think we are all country bumpkins down here. also mark went to Weymouth college so it shows you can get on round here with out going away to fancy colleges. he started chefing at Bridport arms in his school days. well done for mark and what a pity his dad was not alive to see him (knowing Ernie he was up there supping a pint looking down .lol) Cordless
