Thursday 18/5 The Electric Palace Cinema opened its doors to the public for the first time in eight years with a grand opening attended by the rich and beautiful elite of Bridport, who enjoyed wine and canapes before watching footage of West Bay in the 1930s accompanied by piano. This was follwed by the classic film 'Cinema Paradiso'. Bridport has a cinema at last - HOORAY!
