It being almost elderflower making time I used to go to Spar on South street where they had a good home brewing section and get citric acid to make the cordial. Does anyone know where I can go for home brewing now that the shop has closed? Have you, gentle reader got any good recipes for homebrew? Preferably something a little more highbrow than this jail house hooch.
