Over the same period a 39 yr old man was walking home from an evening with friends when two people attacked him along the riverbed in the vicinity of Happy Island. The man sustained injuries to his head and back and was then robbed of his wallet and other personal items. This occurred in the early hours of Thursday March 8th. Pc 2203 Chapman would like to hear from you if you have any information regarding this serious incident.

At approximately 7.30pm on Saturday March 10th 2 males aged in their teens approached the victim and demanded her valuables with menace. The males were wearing distinctive clothing and once they were aware the police were called they ran off. Pc 2419 White would like to hear from you if you have any information that could assist in identifying the persons responsible.
