 RE the legal loophole that means 24,000 motorist may be able to claim their fines and points back even though they were speeding through Chideock. . Surely a speed limit of 30mph means it is illegal to exceed that speed irrespective of wether it is from Duck street or Goose street, if drivers respected the speed limit or Chideock had a by-pass (flyover) we would not need those infernal cameras that snarl up the traffic fo miles in both directions.
