Mondays 2.00 - 3.30 Fridays 9.30 – 11.00 & 11.15 - 12.45 The British Legion Hall, Victoria Grove Classes are suitable for men and women of all ages.
They are for anyone who finds it difficult to relax and wants to exercise and strengthen their body, in a gentle way. Learn to relax through simple yoga and chi-gung exercises, breathing techniques and a variety of other relaxation methods. Wear suitable clothes for movement and something warm for deep relaxation. Please bring your own mat & block if you have one.
