There will be blood, gore and cider - Who's Afear'd have moved one step forward in their quest for West Country domination with plans to make a zombie-themed music video. The video, to be shot in and around Bridport, Dorset, on Sunday 16th November, will mark a watershed in the comet-like career of the foul-mouthed threesome.
Who's Afear'd are hoping that their legion of dedicated and eccentric fans will join them for the 1 day shoot, to form a Dorset army of the undead. Singer Kevicious explained: "Inviting people we know through our gigs and Myspace site is our way of showing our thanks and respect to those individuals. And of course it's much cheaper than employing real actors. Dorset folk can be bought with strong cider and promises of a Devon-free future."
Rumours that once vaguely famous actor and now Dorset irritant, Martin Clunes, will be appearing in the video have been strenuously denied by the band. Fellow man behaving badly Neil Morrissey is however in the frame, as his now haggard demeanour and pitiful TV advertising career puts him firmly in the bracket of 'living dead'.
