Stress management, Relaxation & Meditation course on Monday evenings from 5pm-6.30pm at The Friends Meeting House, South Street, Bridport. The course runs for six weeks covering techniques for dealing with everyday stress. Discussing issues such as what is stress? How it affects us mentally and physically, nutrition, hydration how to get a good nights sleep etc.
