Well that's greed covered now gluttony; Turkey, trimmings, booze, more food for the cousins coming down on boxing day, According to a BRC report, the average British household will spend £169 on festive food and drink this Christmas. Oh and the peripherals; trees, decorations and wrapping paper. Don't forget the time and effort spent on all this.
Now how do you feel about that when you see, for instance 'Bulgaria's Abandoned Children'? Guilty as hell I hope (I know I did*).  I'm no scrooge, I think midwinter needs some sort of festival but this unabashed consumer feeding frenzy is getting obscene.
