Bothen Hill Produce is West Dorset’s largest organic vegetable grower with over 150 different varieties grown on more than 15 acres. The farm is now 45 acres which will possibly increase to 60 acres shortly.

Produce is available all the year round, starting with early carrots and new potatoes and moving on to summer vegetables – peas, beans, spinach, beetroot to name but a few, with salads, lettuces and leaves, tomatoes and cucumbers following. Autumn brings a wide range of squash together with numerous cabbages, cauliflowers and other brassicas together with root vegetables for the winter.

Our produce is marketed via our own box scheme which is delivered locally on Fridays every week; this ensures that food miles are reduced and customers receive their boxes as soon as possible after the produce has been picked thus ensuring maximum freshness and shelf life.

In addition we sell our produce at the local Farmers’ Markets both in Bridport and at Poundbury (Dorchester) on the second and first Saturdays monthly. Vegetables can also be purchased from the Farm Gate on a Friday morning between 10.00 and noon.
