The highly talented actress Rohan McCullough will be returning to the Artsreach circuit to perform her gripping solo play, ‘My Darling Clemmie’, following its success in the autumn.

This is the remarkable, moving and highly entertaining story of the woman who married one of the truly great figures of the 20th century: Sir Winston Churchill. They say that ‘behind every great man is a great woman’, and here Rohan will enthrall audiences with the story of life as the  wartime Prime Minister’s loyal wife.

Craftswoman offers a chance to explore the environment. Youngsters and adults are being given the chance to explore the environment while having fun in a series of activities taking place in an artistic field near Broadoak near Bridport over the coming months.

The Bridport Prize 2010 website is now open for entries! The Bridport Prize is the richest open writing competition in the English language - with £5000 first prize for a short story (of up to 5000 words); and £5000 first prize for a poem (of up to 42 lines).

A Bridport singer/songwriter has reached the South West regional finals of a national open mic competition. Lauren Glover from Bridport and her guitarist Leigh Hudson from Yeovil both attended Yeovil College before going to Plymouth University where they are now in their third year of a degree in Music.
