DJ James Baker has been DJ-ing for about 18 years playing soul, jazz. funk, house, hip hop and every thing in between. He has just done a set on solid steel radio for Ninja tunes www.ninjatune.net/solidsteel James is the resident DJ at No. 10 cafe/bar and plays gigs all over the world.
Formed back in the 80s (that's right kids, the 80s) on the sunny isle of Bermuda by songwriter/bassist/drum programmer George D. (aka "Geo) and his friend/ guitarist/ singer Greg B. After moving to the States to marry his Queen, Geo settled down in the music mecca that is Littleton Ma and searched for kindred souls. Just so happened Mike A., singer/ songwriter/ guitarist/ keyboardist was working as a waiter in the very same restaurant as Geo, a quick call and Greg flew up and SWD II was launched.
