The Homing Stone is a dress rehearsal, a glimpse into the working process of three of the country's finest folk musicians: Chris Wood, John Dipper and Rob Harbron, and storyteller and poet Hugh Lupton.

TAXI TO THE DARK SIDE E-mail

ImageBridport Peace and Justice Group's next fim show features 'Taxi to the Dark Side' (Alex Gibney, 2007). The film, which won the 2007 Academy Award for Documentary Feature, focuses on the murder of Afghan taxi driver Dilawar, who was beaten to death by American soldiers while being held at the Bagram Air Base. It examines America’s policy on torture and interrogation, specifically the CIA’s use of torture and their research into sensory deprivation.
