Bridport Arts Centre’s Allsop gallery is currently showing an exhibition of African culture called Sixteen Pieces. The title of the show refers to the number of works of art on display. The exhibition is the brainchild of curator Olalekan Babalola. Lekan, as he is known, asked artists from Africa, Europe and America to celebrate their ancient Yoruba culture, which has spread from Africa around the globe. |
