 Words, words, words - From Friday 9 to Saturday 17 November 2007 venues throughout Bridport and West Bay are hosting the third literary festival, Bridport Prize Live.
Bridport Arts Centre director, Lindsay Brooks said, ‘Bridport Prize Live heralds the announcement of one of the most influential prizes for both poetry and short story writing. Our run up to the award of the Bridport Prize now forms a fascinating festival with its own flavour, influenced by its location in venues in and around our ancient Dorset town.

 On Thursday 15 November 2007 The Cardigan Club comes to The Electric Palace with Dutch international DJ Lenzman. The Cardigan Club is back. Not the usual Friday night extravaganza that used to fill the Masonic Hall but now at the Electric Palace and this time it's on a Thursday. |
